GARLIC MUSHROOM QUINOA

I discovered quinoa when I became pescetarian almost two years ago and I quickly fell in love with it. I eat it all the time, and even if I go back to eating meat I'll continue to eat quinoa.

I usually buy it from Bulk Barn because it's cheaper. This time, my parents just quickly picked this one up from a regular grocery store and it was $17...so...buy it in bulk.
 This recipe is just mushrooms, 5 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme, and one cup of quinoa and 2 cups of vegetable broth.
 Mmm look how delicious that looks!
I would have used more mushrooms but they didn't look very good so I just picked decent ones out of the box I had.
